BRIEF PRESENTATION  

Traditional family-run black pig farming since 1925, with producer Fotiadis Georgios now being the fifth consecutive generation. 

 

ROLE IN PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION  

Producer Fotiadis Georgios applies the NON ANTIBIOTIC CERT Standard to his livestock farm (black pig farming) in order to produce certified animals. The Standard will also be applied in the following stages (slaughterhouse – packaging plant) in order to produce the final certified – labeled products. He also provides the samples for analysis and the samples of the final products that participate in the exhibitions.
