BRIEF PRESENTATION  

Panserraican Farming Association operates in the Municipality of Serres and is active in the defense, protection, preservation, promotion of the professional, economic and general interests of the members of the Association. It serves about 40 livestock farmers and all livestock farmers in the prefecture of Serres can become members. 

 

ROLE IN PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION 

 Ο ΠΑΝΣΕΡΡΑΪΚΟΣ Κ.Σ. has designated specific member-producers, who apply the NON ANTIBIOTIC CERT Standard to their livestock farms (cattle), in order to produce certified animals. Through the collaboration with other members of the Operational Group (slaughterhouse – packaging plant), the final certified – labeled products are obtained. It also provides the samples for analysis and the samples of the final products that participate in the exhibitions.
