BRIEF PRESENTATION
The company has been operating since 2008 as a slaughterhouse, providing animal slaughtering services, producing charcuterie and as a packaging plant for the purpose of wholesale and retail trade in meat and meat products.
ROLE IN PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
ROUPEL SA is certified under the NON ANTIBIOTIC CERT Standard by the Certification Body GMCert and is used as a slaughterhouse – packaging plant for the members of Producer Bodies “Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Voion”, “Panserraican Farming Association” and for the individual breeder “Fotiadis N. Georgios”. It also provides the samples for analysis and the final products that participate in the exhibitions.
